REP RADIO is thrilled to participate in the 1st Annual Philadelphia Podcast Festival at PhilaMoca, located at 531 North 12th Street in Philadelphia! Our live episode will feature theatre artists talking about their involvement in the Philadelphia Live Arts and Philly Fringe Festival!

Terry Brennan - Artistic Director, Tribe Of Fools, a Philadelphia-based physical theater company. Tribe of Fools was founded in 2003 by Terry, Jay Wojnarowski, and other graduates of the Dell’Arte International School of Physical Theatre in California. Tribe of Fool’s mission is simple: Accessible. Affordable. Exceptional. Physical. Theatre. As the company grew, the group began to work with various other forms of physical storytelling, combining their skills in puppetry, clowning, acrobatics, and dance. Through these modes, they were able to expand their scope and cover various social and political issues including modern slavery, the voiceless underclasses in society, and group mentality verses the individual.

Mike Cosenza - A Philadelphia based actor combatant. As an actor he has performed regionally in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Delaware. A graduate of Temple University, his focus is primarily classical acting and fight direction. While in school, he began his stage combat training with rapier and dagger, and unarmed in the classroom. He took that passion on the stage and continued his training, working within all the SAFD recognized disciplines. Eventually he began working as a fight director. Recently his choreography has been seen at the Wilma Theater, the Philadelphia Shakespeare Theater, Theater Exile, and other companies in and around Philadelphia. In 2010, he was awarded the Best Male Advanced Actor Combatant Award at the National Stage Combat Workshop.

A featured commentary from our newest voice, Paul Joseph Cheeseman will round off with a segment from his podcast,  GET YOUR OWN SOAPBOX

Paul Joseph Cheeseman - A writer, activist, and artist. I am a Secular Prophet. An Alien observer. My mind has a mind of its own. I speak for those who have no voice. Seeking the truth. A skeptic who asks questions. I ask because I know the power of a question. I am not concerned with what you believe. I am only concerned with what you know.

Darnelle Edwin Radford - the Producing Artistic Director of Represented. Since 2009, his podcast REP RADIO has produced over 300 episodes featuring Philadelphia's theatre community and is now spreading into New York City. When not chasing after artists with a microphone, he is a marketing consultant and certified "fruit stand" rebel.
